SHIPPING POLICY

All orders outside of the Brisbane area will be charged a flat rate of $13.00 for Express Post that is able to be tracked. If you wish your item to be insured, we can also provide registered post. When using registered post, if delivery is attempted while no one is at the delivery address, your item will be left at a post office specified on a card left in your letterbox.

 

If you have not received your purchase within 48 hours Monday-Friday please contact us on 0437 548 119 or email So Posh at soposh@bigpond.com.au with your full name and order date so we can track your purchase for you. If you make a purchase Friday 3:30 pm onwards please allow 24 hours from Monday morning to receive your goods.

 

We are able to post out international orders for you however depending on the region there will be different postage costs. Please contact us at soposh@bigpond.com with you address details and we will arrange a price for you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • So Posh takes no responsibility for the hair once it is applied to your client
  • Please check your goods thoroughly, any damages/faulty products should be advised within 24 hrs
  • Hair cannot be accepted back if it has been coloured/toned incorrectly
  • All products must be returned in original packaging
  • Shipping costs will be invoiced for on replacement items

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly wash and check the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the person and BEFORE the bands are removed
  • We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new person.
  • Goods remain the property of So Posh Hair Extensions & Supplies Pty Ltd until Invoice is paid in full

 

COLOURING/TONING

  • ALWAYS apply colour to DAMP hair
  • Use Semi Colours only
  • ALWAYS carry out a TEST STRAND before applying (No responsibility will be taken by the supplier for incorrect colouring/toning)

 

CUTTING/TEXTURIZING

  • For the best results always Razor Cut
  • ONLY Sharp Razors to be used

 

WAVY HAIR

  • For Wavy Hair to look its best use the same product you would use on the client's wavy hair i.e. Hair Mousse / Sea Salt Spray
  • The Wave will drag down if the layers are too long.

 

MAINTENANCE

  • You must ensure your client uses Muk Ultra Soft Shampoo & Muk 1 Minute Ultra Soft Conditioner (NO PROTEIN to be used as a treatment – this strips the cuticle)
  • A 6 week trim is always advised to keep the ends in good condition
  • Always sell or include the Hair Extension Brush – ADVISE CLIENT to Brush from Roots to Ends to prevent matting
